Delete your ScrollCount account

You can start an account-deletion request here without having ScrollCount installed. Deleting the online account does not remove detailed viewing history stored only on a phone; clear ScrollCount’s app data in Android Settings or uninstall the app to remove that phone-only history.

Start your request

Email Korigain support from an address where we can reply. Include:

  • your ScrollCount username, if you have one;
  • the country shown on your ScrollCount profile, if you selected one; and
  • the sentence: “I request deletion of my ScrollCount account.”

Email the deletion request

Never email your ScrollCount password or a Google token. We do not need either secret in an email. Support will explain a separate Google ownership check if one is required.

Korigain and its support-email provider process the sending address and message so we can identify, verify, and respond to the request. The contact email is not added to the ScrollCount account as a sign-in address.

Account verification

What identifies the account

Your ScrollCount username and chosen country are useful non-secret identifiers. Korigain does not retain your Google email, name, or avatar, so an email address alone may not identify the account.

How ownership is checked

Every ScrollCount account is linked to Google. Support may direct you to fresh verification from the same Google account in a separate safe flow. A ScrollCount password is only for optional returning sign-in and must not be sent by email.

What happens next

  1. Request and ownership check. The email starts the request. Support may ask you to complete a safe ownership check. The 30-day period begins only when a valid request is accepted, not when an unverified email is sent.
  2. Immediate disabling and hiding. On acceptance, ordinary sign-in sessions are revoked, ordinary account access is disabled, and the username and account totals are hidden from public rankings and leagues.
  3. Thirty-day cancellation window. The account remains pending deletion for 30 days. You may explicitly cancel after verification during that window. Signing in may provide restricted cancellation access, but does not silently reactivate the account.
  4. Administrator review. An administrator may review the request for safety and support purposes, but cannot reject a valid request, extend its deadline, or stop deletion by taking no action.
  5. Permanent purge. If you do not cancel, a scheduled process permanently deletes the live account and associated records at the stated deadline.

Data deleted from the service

Purged at the deadline

  • Google subject and optional password verifier
  • public username and country
  • private TikTok-open backup and synced lifetime video aggregate
  • authentication sessions, league relationships, and submitted scores

Separate or limited retention

Detailed sessions and individual estimated-video history are stored only on the phone and are not erased by deleting the online account. Limited security logs, legal records, or backup copies may remain only for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. They do not keep the live account active.

If the deleted member owns a league, ownership may transfer to its oldest remaining active member. The league may be removed if no active member remains. Deleting ScrollCount does not delete a Google account.

Cancel a pending request

If the 30-day deadline has not passed, use ScrollCount’s restricted cancellation flow or reply to the deletion-request email and ask to cancel. Verification is required. After the deadline and permanent purge, the account cannot be restored.
